Care navigation is the new way that the front of house team on reception will be able to help direct you to the most appropriate professional to assist you. Dr Dye and Dr Spruce have asked the team to enquire and note a few details during any call to the surgery so that the team member answering the call can advise you effectively, if appropriate.
All of the information will be treated with the strictest confidence and you can of course decide not to offer any information. However, in deciding not to offer any details you may find that you don't receive the most appropriate appointment and we would like to ensure that we are offering the best service to our patients at all times.
The main reasons for this approach are to ensure that we make the best use of the resources available to us in the surgery and the wider healthcare community .Dr Dye and Dr Spruce would really encourage you to answer the questions asked . Thank you.
We are happy to accept new patients at the Practice. Please click on the link below to check our practice area.
Since the 1st April 2015 the Government have initiated a scheme where patients outside a practice area can register with a General Practice of their choice. Please discuss this with our reception staff who can provide you with our policy on this.

As you may be aware the car park at the British Legion has been reopened for use by the community. Please can we ask that all patients using the car park to offer a donation to the British Legion's "upkeep" fund.
There is a box provided and looked after by the British Legion on the Surgery Reception desk and we would ask all that use the facility to be kind enough to donate, A suggestion of 50p per 30 minutes use has been proposed. Thank you for your continued support of the British Legion, The Surgery and the Community.
