THE SURGERY Opening Times, Monday- Friday:
8 am to 6:30 pm
Phone lines are open between 8 am to 1 pm and 1:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
THE DISPENSARY Opening Times, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday :
9 am to 1pm and 3:30 pm to 6pm
On Thursdays only, the hatch is open from:
3:30 pm to 6 pm
Phone lines are open weekdays between 9:30pm to 1pm and 3:30pm to 5:30 pm
Both the Surgery and Dispensary are closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.

As our telephone lines are busy during the mornings, could you please telephone after 2 pm for routine matters.
With our phone system, patients have the option to dial a specific number to be able navigate who their call is directed to.
Press option 1 for APPOINTMENTS lines open from 8 am to 6:30 pm. Please be aware of staff change overs, where lines close between 1 pm to 1:30 pm every day.
Press option 2 for the DISPENSARY, lines open from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please be aware of staff change overs, where lines close between 1 pm and 3:30 pm every day.
Press option 3 for TEST RESULTS lines open from 12:00 pm. Please be aware of staff change overs, where lines close between 1 pm and 1:30 pm every day.
Press Option 4 for the SECRETARIES lines open between 11:00 am to 3 pm. Please only speak with the Secretaries if it is necessary, please don’t press option 4 to book an appointment or for general enquiries.
Press Option 5 for GENERAL ENQUIRIES lines open from 8 am to 6:30 pm. Please be aware of staff change overs, where lines close between 1 pm and 1:30 pm every day.
