ISSUE NOW RESOLVED- Online Consultation Temporary IT issues 4th June 2025

UPDATE- 14:00

The issue has now been resolved but please be patient with us as we attempt to catch up with the backlog due to the delay.

Unfortunately the system we use which receives and sends online consultations (and text messages) to patients is experiencing county wide issues today.

We are unsure when this will be fixed currently but will be sure to update you all as soon as we can.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Please call us, as always, if you need us urgently.

Please be aware this will ultimately impact the 3 working days for online consultations at the moment as the Surgery cannot review them, save them or direct them to the appropriate member of the team.
