Skin cancer is on the rise in the UK. Short sharp bursts to unexpected sun increases the risk of skin cancer. Often you can see and spot it !

Skin cancer tends to fall into 3 main categories

Basal cell carcinoma– These tend to be slow growing and tend to not heal, they  frequently bleed

Squamous cell carcinoma– These tend to expand quickly, crust in the middle and are often painful

Melanomas– often the trickiest to spot as everyone has moles !! They just don’t look right often having strongly dark pigment and have an irregular border and irregular colour throughout. – IRREGULAR THROUGHOUT- CHECK IT OUT
