Gemma Hinds -HCA. (Health Care Assistant) Gemma is available to provide B12 injections, blood tests, warfarin (INR star), dressings, diabetic foot checks, removal of stitches, ECG’s and dermascopic photographs. – Gemma is currently at Cradley Surgery on Fridays.
Graham Frost -Physiotherapist, at Cradley Surgery on Thursdays
Amy Roberts -Social Prescriber, at Cradley Surgery on Thursdays but can also consult with patients via video call/telephone or arrange to meet outside of the surgery if necessary.
Dr Rachel Sampson -Locum Female GP, at Cradley Surgery for 1 Friday of every month. DR Sampson is available for pessaries. Dr Rachel is available for pre bookable appointments, not on the day.
Steffan Griffith -Clinical Pharmacist, at Cradley Surgery on Tuesdays for face to face appointments or telephone consults.
Mark Smith – Health and Wellbeing Coach. Mark is usually at the surgery on Wednesday mornings but can also consult with patients via video call/telephone or arrange to meet outside of the surgery if necessary.
OT/ Frailty Team– Sian Nunn and Heulwen Williams- The role of our occupational therapists and frailty team is to recognise people who may becoming frailer and help them to manage this as far as possible. As well as helping those people and their families/ carers to plan for the future. Sian and Heulwen work for the East PCN and also work alongside Ledbury, Colwall and Nunwell surgeries. Sian and Heulwen are contactable via the Surgery and are often out and about visiting patients or popping into the Surgery to liase with the team.
Shelley Turner- Barratt– Community Mental Health Nurse who is on site with us every other Tuesday. The role of a community mental health nurse is to work within different parts of the community to provide people with specialist mental healthcare and treatment. They work alongside other mental health specialists, building strong working relationships with patients.
Desley Whillians -Adult & Child Primary Care Safeguarding Lead. East Herefordshire Primary Care Network. Colwall Surgery | Cradley Surgery | Ledbury Health Partnership | Nunwell Surgery.
We may also use Locum team members from time to time in all areas of the surgery.
Remote Staff: These are staff members who do not work on the Cradley Surgery site, they work remotely and will contact patients via telephone. The telephone number which they contact you on may show up as a withheld.

Rebecca Medcroft– Remote ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) who works from home on Thursday and Friday mornings. Available only for telephone consults. Rebecca will also be on site from time to time when cover is required.
Hannah Martell- Hopkins – Remote ANP (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) who works from home on Thursday and Friday mornings. Available only for telephone consults. (Currently on Maternity leave from April 2024)
