Staff at Cradley Surgery are encouraged to collect contact information for our patients in as many different formats as possible, so that we contact you as efficiently as possible regarding your health care and in response to other queries you may have with the surgery.
From time to time your email address may be used for communication between the surgery and yourself concerning information and events at the practice. If you choose not to be contacted in this way please inform the surgery.
Call recording
Our telephone system we use here at Cradley is called Surgery Connect. This means that all incoming and outgoing calls to the surgery are recorded. All recordings are stored securely on practice premises and are subject to the same data protection as other confidential personal information held at the practice. If you do not wish for your phone call to be recorded, please state this at the start of your telephone conversation to allow the member of our team to pause the recording.
