If you are not booked in and still want/ need Covid and Flu vaccinations, we are advising patients to book in elsewhere, we have many patients and unfortunately we do not have the time or resources to fit everyone in. Please call 119 for the National Booking System to find a location near here for your vaccination if you are not able to attend any of our clinics. Alternatively you can look online or contact your local pharmacies. The following groups will be eligible for a flu and Covid vaccine:
The flu vaccine is given free on the NHS to adults who:
- are 65 and over
- have certain health conditions
- are pregnant
- are in long-stay residential care
- receive a carer’s allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person who may be at risk if you get sick
- live with someone who is more likely to get a severe infection due to a weakened immune system, such as someone living with HIV, someone who has had a transplant, or is having certain treatments for cancer, lupus or rheumatoid arthritis
- A frontline or care worker.
- All children aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2023 (These will not be done in our set FLU clinics, please ring to book. )
- Primary school aged children (from Reception to Year 6) –will be vaccinated at school, not at the Practice

We now are offering COVID Boosters alongside our Flu Jabs. If you are eligible you can choose to have both at the same time, the clinician’s will ask you on the day.
